1. You may not have an account at all
The whole game is playable without an account and without an internet connection. An account exists only if you chose to sign in, and its single purpose is to keep your progress, coins, skins and trophies if you change phone or reinstall.
If you never signed in, there is nothing to delete on our side: your progress lives only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
2. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Flappy BALL-Bird Origins.
- Open the account panel from the home screen.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out.
You do not need to contact us, and you do not need to wait for a reply.
3. Delete by email (if you cannot open the app)
Write to qubitumai@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Account deletion — Flappy BALL-Bird Origins”.
We use that email address only to find your account and confirm the deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
4. What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, in a single transaction:
- your cloud save (progress, coins, skins, cards, trophies, unlocked worlds);
- your leaderboard scores on every mode;
- any reward claims attached to your account;
- any reports you sent or that referenced your account;
- your sign-in identity itself (the account record and its email).
The local copy on your device is erased at the same time, and you are signed out.
5. What is kept, and why
We keep no personal data after deletion. One technical exception, stated plainly: if you were among the first players to earn the founder distinction, the rank number of that distinction is preserved in an anonymised form — without your email, your identifier, or anything that points back to you. This exists so that the founders who came after you keep their own position; it cannot be used to identify or contact you.
Ordinary server logs may retain technical entries for a short period for security and abuse prevention, then expire automatically.
6. Deleting is irreversible
There is no undo and no grace period: once the deletion runs, the progress attached to that account is gone from our side. If you only want to stop using the account, choose Sign out instead — your progress stays saved and you can sign back in later.
